FAQ

When can I expect my order to ship?

  • When you place your order, there is a 1-3 business day handling time before it is shipped via the method chosen by you during the checkout process.

What type of payment methods are acceptable?

    • We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover debit and credit cards and PayPal.

    What is your return policy?

    • Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Some returns may have restocking fees applied to the refund, which will be outlined below.
    • The 30 day window does not include time that the package is in transit from the buyer to Green Canyon Outfitters LLC.  As long as the return is requested within 30 days of receipt, the return will be approved.
    • In store purchases will also be returnable within 30 days of purchase with receipt and tags, but will receive store credit only.

    About Refunds:

When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, and how the item was purchased.

If you return an item with a pre-paid shipping label provided by Green Canyon Outfitters LLC and the reason for return is not a result of a Green Canyon Outfitters LLC error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Regarding Restocking Fees:

    - Scenario 1:

Return Request: The buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within the return window.

Restocking Fee: Yes. Up to 20% of item's price.

    - Scenario 2:

Return Request: The buyer returns an item in the original condition more than 15 days past the return window. The 15 days allow for return transportation from the buyer to the seller.

Restocking Fee: Yes. Up to 20% of item's price.

    - Scenario 3:

Return Request: The buyer refuses delivery due to visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier.

Restocking Fee: No. The seller pays for return shipping, but may file a claim with the carrier or insurance company, if insurance was purchased.

    - Scenario 4:

Return Request: The buyer receives damaged or defective item.

Restocking Fee: No. The seller can file a claim with the carrier or insurance company, if insurance was purchased.

    - Scenario 5:

    - Scenario 6:

    Restocking Fee: No.

    • Accidental order
    • Better price available
    • No longer needed/wanted

How long does it take for my refund to take affect?

    • Any refunds will be submitted to your bank immediately. You will then receive the refund in your account approximately 5-10 business days after the original refund. (This is an aspect of the banking system works).
    • Refunds may appear in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, the original payment will drop off of your bank statement, and a separate credit is not issued.
    • When a charge is refunded inside the authorization period of a charge (partial or full) you may not see a line item on your statement for a refund as we simply adjust the capture amount for the charge when it settles. You may still see the charge as “Pending” on your statement until the period expires.
    • If you would like assistance in determining the status of a refund you have processed, you are welcome to contact us as we are happy to help!
